It doesn't matter what kind of a bed or mattress you have, eventually it will get worn out and you will need to buy a new one. With all the trends and new innovative technologies being brought to consumers these days, its often a wonder why more people don't choose to buy a new mattress. Granted some of these can get expensive, but for the most part they are moderately priced and you get some awesome features that you might not have with your old plain mattress or bed! Recently I was looking online for some info about adjustable beds and mattresses for a client and I ran into a few sites that offer not only information but also links to some of the top brands of beds available for sale online.
The ever increasing variety of these beds seems to have a list that goes on forever, but the most popular variety seems to be something called Dual Comfort. This type of mattress is specifically designed with one side being firmer than the other. This type of mattress allows you to flip over your mattress for entirely different feeling. In addition to replacement mattresses that are adjustable you can also buy sleeper sofas that are adjustable as well. A few of the prices for all of these items are listed below just so you can get a clear idea of what you can expect to pay for an adjustable bed, mattress or frame:
Adjustable Frame Bed
Pillow Top Reversible Mattress:
The Empress mattress is a standard pillow top mattress for adjustable beds using the workhorse 312 coil innerspring. It features an off white Damask cover with a open quilt design. Pillow top is on both sides of the mattress for extended use. Starts at 0 and goes up in price with the size.
Premier Mattress Bed:
Fully customizable options and features. Innerspring comfort choices in soft, medium or extra firm. The perfect sleep position for the head and feet is within reach with easy to use hand controls and the Premier's Swift-Adjust motors. The Premier model comes standard with a high-density foam foundation and heavy-duty base made with material that will not warp, break or squeak. Starts at around 00 for a plush top twin and of course goes higher with price. The most expensive one I saw was for almost k and it was a king Firm Talalay Latex Core with Plush Quilted Cover. So yes, these can get expensive but they look incredibly comfortable!
Adjustable Bed:
Adjustable Bed & Pillow Top Mattress cost around k and the smaller options start at around 0. Here is a description I found for one online: Dual King Lifestyles E-91 adjustable bed with cordless remote and computerized massage. Comes with Comes with Sleep worthy Pillow Top mattresses. Adjustable beds protect and enhance sleep and relaxation.
Obviously with anything you buy anywhere (offline or online) there is always going to be a price discrepancy but that's to be expected. If you buy a twin bed of course its going to cost less than a giant king bed! These things need to be considered when looking at beds, as well as how much room you have. Just because you want a king doesn't mean you will have room for it, especially with these adjustables because sometimes they can become quite bulky in size!
